What Shapes My Coaching?
Leadership Experience
Leadership has never been theoretical for me. For more than fifteen years, I served as a pastor in the United States, working with people across generations, cultures, and economic circumstances.
During the past decade, I have lived and worked cross-culturally, led diverse teams, and helped people and organizations navigate change. These experiences shape how I listen, ask questions, and help leaders think clearly while leaving responsibility for the final decision where it belongs—with them.
