A Thinking Partner Who Understands the Weight of Leadership

Leadership can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be isolating. Some decisions cannot be delegated, and the people around you may be directly affected by the choice you make.

I understand what it is like to carry that responsibility. There were many times when I wished I had a thinking partner—someone who could help me slow down, see the situation from another perspective, and make decisions that contributed to the health and productivity of the organization.

How I Work

As your thinking partner, I am not here to judge you or arrive with assumptions. I begin with one conviction: you are the expert on your life and situation, and you remain in charge.

My role is to listen carefully, ask insightful questions, and offer brief observations that help you see your situation from a different perspective.

Experience That Shapes My Coaching

I am an ordained minister with the U.S. Assemblies of God, a Certified Leadership Coach through Coach Approach Ministries, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Working Genius Facilitator.

For more than 15 years, I served as a pastor in the United States in churches and communities that were cross-generational, racially diverse, and made up of people from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. For the past decade, I have lived and worked cross-culturally, leading diverse teams and helping people navigate intense seasons of transition.

Leading in the U.S. and internationally has taught me the value of participatory leadership: everyone should have a voice, even when not everyone has a vote. Leaders listen carefully, invite perspectives that might otherwise be missed, and accept responsibility for the final decision.
